Dear Moneygram: WTF?

Finally, Moneygram  responds to my repeated efforts to get them to refund the money from my canceled transaction. With a note intended towards a different customer.

i would consider following their instructions if not for the “do not reply” bit.

Thank you for contacting MoneyGram. We appreciate the opportunity to address any questions or concerns you may have.

Your funds will be credited to your original payment source once you have requested your cancellation and/or refund request. Please allow 3-10 business days for your refund. We look forward to assisting you in the future, and appreciate your interest in MoneyGram.

Electronic Operations Department

Someone illegally accessed my account and tried to send money to one Natalia Pisanina. I did not authorize this transaction and I have cancelled it. Please make sure the amount of money $821+ is refunded back into my account ASAP!
